Louise Pignet

Louise is the Chief Operations Officer at IB Living, where she leads day-to-day operations, team performance, and the delivery of consistent, high-quality outcomes across the portfolio. She works closely with owners and internal teams to ensure buildings are mobilised, operated, and scaled with discipline, clarity, and operational rigour.

With over six years’ experience in co-living operations across Europe and Australia, Louise has held senior roles within fast-growing co-living platforms. She led the launch of French co-living operator Colonies’ German business before relocating to Sydney to lead operational teams at UKO. Her experience spans market expansion, operational setup, team leadership, and the ongoing management of complex residential assets.
