Barron Rowlands

Barron is a Strata Manager at IB Property, responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential and commercial strata schemes across Sydney. With extensive experience managing more than 40 buildings and 700+ lots, he has strong expertise in chairing AGMs and EGMs, preparing budgets, coordinating capital works, and resolving disputes.

Before joining IB Property, Barron was Assistant Strata Manager at Professional Strata Management Group, where he supported the Director while independently managing a large portfolio. His background also includes roles in property inspections and project-based work with international organisations, giving him a strong foundation in stakeholder management and problem-solving.

Barron is known for his pragmatic approach, attention to detail, and ability to build strong working relationships with owners, tenants, and building managers alike.
