Matt is the Director of IB Living, a Sydney-based integrated co-living and residential management platform. Matt works with property owners and investors across the full co-living lifecycle, from market selection and feasibility through to building design and operational execution, with a focus on maximising income and asset value.

With over ten years’ experience in the property sector, Matt has held roles at CBRE and UKO, gaining experience across real estate brokerage, development advisory, and co-living site analysis. His background combines transaction exposure with operational delivery, providing a practical, end-to-end understanding of how high-performing co-living assets are identified, launched, and operated at scale.
